The photograph is a part of "(on)queerxposure"" visual and poetry project in collaboration with Uyen Pham. Exposure has double meanings: it is the act of exposing, for an image to be captured on the camera shutter, and also the act of laying open and uncovering oneself. The artwork is a self-reflection - of the (queer) identity, as well as the relationships with young (queer) people. The artist takes photos and captures the artwork, and simultaneously the artwork captures and reflects the artist.

Bức ảnh nằm trong series ảnh (on)queerxposure, chuỗi ảnh và thơ (in collaboration with Uyen Pham). Exposure trong tiếng Anh vừa có nghĩa là phơi sáng (để cho hình ảnh được ghi lại trên màn trập máy ảnh) vừa là sự lộ diện, vạch trần. Tác phẩm là quá trình tự truy vấn về bản thể (queer) cũng như các mối quan hệ xoay quanh những người (queer) trẻ. Người thực hành chụp, ghi chép (capture) lại tác phẩm, nhưng tác phẩm cũng đồng thời phản chiếu lại chính người thực hành.
