Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Enviroment (iSEE) is an independent Vietnamese non-profit organization working for a prosperous, democratic and just society. We are expanding our program and looking for a Project Manager for Social Network Development, a Senior Researcher and a Program Assistant to join our diverse and compassionate team with different technical background, ethnicity, gender, culture and sexual orientation to effectively cope with emerging issues;

1. Key Responsibility of Project Manager for Social Network Development

• Manage our social network development project, include planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting on progress and quality
• Pilot and document social networking approach to resolve complex social issues faced by different minority groups

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree preferably in social science, economics, public policy, media and development
• At least five year experiences in social work, networking, development, entertainment industries, media or public relation.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills both oral and written in Vietnamese and English;
• Knowledgeable of minority issues is preferable (ethnic minorities, sexual minority, gender equity, social exclusion, poverty, HIV/AIDS)

2. Key Responsibility of Senior Researcher

• Coordinate and manage research programs include quality, progress, resources and consultants

• Input iSEE work in lobby, advocacy and public education

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree preferably in social science, public health, economics, anthropology or development;
• Capability to independently conduct research, studies and needs assessment with critical analysis of social exclusion, stigmatizing and inequality issues

• Exellent communications skills, both oral and written; strong inter-personal relations and negotiation skills

3. Key Responsibility of Program Assistant

• Assist Project Managers and Senior Researchers to prepare meetings, workshops, field trips and other program related events
• Implement specific activities in research, public education, media or socialnetworking as assigned by manager
• Participate in team discussion, take notes, manage files and folders and follow-up with team plans

Requirements

• BA in social science, economics, public policy, media, or public health
• Knowledgeable of minority issues (ethnic minorities, sexual minority, gender equity, social exclusion, poverty, HIV/AIDS) is an advantage
• Fluent in English is an advantage
