Along with specialized skills, these members were also trained with “soft skills” such as team work, interaction skills, logical thinking and creativity. This is the base for AHD to gain more strength as well as knowledge for upcoming media production activities, which are begun with “Freshmen welcome program 2015” in September. By supporting these freshmen, AHD hopes that they can overcome difficulties when this is the first time they are in Ha Noi.
